... What the fuck is the past active verb tense.
New plan, parse first, translate later. Also, I really need to go through all my language posts and clean up my tags. Also-also, that's slowly getting easier! Still! And that dictionary is AMAZING. And. Maybe a weekend hour-long project will be to go over my prepositions and note which ones take what noun case but, dude. Awesome. (And fucking prepositions, I swear.)
I always forget ... well, two things. First, ow. I always forget how easy it is to slack off exercise routines till I retool them, add in poses or exercises I haven't done in a while, and then suddenly I'm using muscles I haven't been and ow. This time I'm adding in a reminder on my iSis to retool in six weeks so this doesn't happen again, and you'd think I'd've figured that out years ago. But no. Second, I always forget how awesome Farscape is until I watch it again.
Okay, morning tasks, doing the German corrections since I didn't, as it turns out, have time to deal with those before I had to leave for work, and CS tags and mail. And remembering to finish the freaking fiber kits this time, Jag, if you have time to knit you have time to finish fiber kits. Also need to call over to the bank after morning chores are done and make that appointment with the mortgage officer.
Doing the check-in post helped quite a bit with my wibbles over whether or not I was a proper courtesan. Both in the way of reminding me of all the things I'm juggling at the moment and in the way of thinking over the things I'm having problems with so I can find solutions. Take note, folks, if you're doing any kind of self improvement project, it really is good to do it with a couple of friends. And friends who will help with critique and criticism and suggestions and different angles of approach, not just yes-friends. I mean, yes-friends are important too! But it's also good to have another perspective on what you're trying to do to offer suggestions or point out places where you might be faltering that you may not have noticed. I wouldn't have gotten this far without mine.
Right, I have a pile of work to do and it's not getting any smaller for sitting here navel-gazing. And it just got bigger since my co-worker just called out sick, so! Let's get to!
