Summary: Caleb and Pogue deal with the aftermath of some discoveries and have several conversations at once.

Thunder cracked outside and for all that they'd been talking, Caleb had really expected to fall asleep first. And now that he had a warm and snoring weight on half his chest and one arm, funny how he didn't really feel sleepy.

The rain made a soothing lullaby against the window. All the lights in the room were still on. His mother would look in and he didn't know what she'd think. At least they'd kept their clothes on, this time.

They'd talked for a while. Caleb didn't really swing that way and even though they'd kissed again, long enough that time slid away and he felt that warmth somewhere between a slow burn and a sudden spark igniting in his chest. He was still pretty sure he didn't swing that way. Pogue was stretched out against him, one arm thrown around his waist, and all he could think about was worrying what happened when his friend left the house and was on his own again.

I really do do something besides write slashfic these days. Honest.

Slowly knocking things off my to-do post Maui list. Slower than I'd like, but the day job's also been more hectic and busy than I'd like, and I don't get home till about 3 or 4 these days. Which is fucking exhausting.

Anyway. Slowly knocking things off my to-do list. There's a couple people I have to contact and then a couple more people I have to ship stuff off to. Not necessarily writing stuff. Still have to finish poking code and getting up at least four web pages. That'll wind up being tomorrow or Sunday, I think. Four... yes, four. Ugh. Somewhere in there there will be cutting of fabric and mini painting. And, crap. I have to e-mail people re: Shadowrun. Busy, busy, busy.

And yes, this is pretty much my life these days. Edit/write, code, catch up. Paint, sew, schedule things. FUCK. Party this Saturday. I don' wanna go. Maybe I'll get to go home early today and catch up on some stuff that way. Meh. My to-do list is 35 items long. And that's including some bigger items that have a lot of little items underneath. Le crap.

... the new layout for LJ isn't so bad except for that blinking "Recent public posts to LJ" bullshit. WTF, people?

... I got nothing. I'm really scatterbrained right now, trying to sort things out on my to-do list. I did make a new icon though! Which is why in lieu of the "I'm going crazy with multi-tasking" icon you get gay pride. Go figure.

Everyone else at the school was forbidden to leave the building, even for Care of Magical Creatures or Herbology. Dennis was standing off to one side of the magical blue box that didn't seem to be magical at all, watching Professor Dumbledore circle around it as though it were some sort of new creature he had yet to fully explore.

"And you say this device travels through space… and time?"

"And time."

The Doctor seemed most enthusiastic about showing off his wonderful machine, which was something of a change from the angry and sullen person he'd met in the underground room with the creature, although now that Dennis thought about it there had been giddy moments as well. He wondered if this mysterious Doctor person was always like this or if it was just the shock of appearing suddenly in the home of a giant subterranean slime monster.

And KittySpace is, at long last, updated! Along with the page templates for people for whom I was supposed to code shit! Give me content and I will code shit! Tomorrow. No, not tomorrow, Sunday.

Also, fanfic is updated. Except for The Covenant fic. Which will not be updated until I figure out if I'm in fanfic100 for it or not. I think that's the right community name? Yeah, too tired to care.
