1. Wo waren Gisela und Alex gestern Abend? Sie waren im Berliner Ensemble.
2. Warum war Monika nicht dabei? Monika ging zu dem Volleyballspiel.
3. Was haben Gisela und Alex gesehen? Sie haben das Brecht-Stück Das Leben des Galilei gesehen.
4. Was für Karten hatten sie? Sie hatten eine Studentenkarten.
5. Wie war das Stück? Gisela hat es absolut toll finden.
6. Warum war Stefan bis 2 Uhr wach? Er muss(te?) für seine Prüfung lernen.

Hey, just as I was bemoaning my lack of anything interesting to talk about, I found something interesting to talk about! And by talk I mean bitch. I finally got back to revising and coding and hopefully soon posting my world-building leviathan onto my website, along with a number of other writing tools and tips and things. I don't think I quite realized when I started this just how expansive and laborious it would be.

I studied anthropology in college. This infected my brain (or maybe just exacerbated a pre-existing prediliction) with a desire to poke at EVERYTHING about cultures and societies and how things work. Thus, any world-building series of exercises created by me can and will end up being similarly everything. The only problem is, now I have to break it down into small enough chunks that it will be digestible by people who are not me. Anyone who has ever tried to explain their obsession/hobby/personal quirk in terms accessible to people who are not them, you know what I'm talking about. All those little things I take for granted? No. Explain yourself. This is going to be such a headache. I figure if I can manage to pound out one section a day I'll be doing well.

Last day of weaving class today, which means heading to the looms and the front of the store half an hour early, which means getting my butt up out of this chair and going and getting shit done. I can't believe it's Maryland Sheep and Wool festival time already. Or getting very close to it at least. Didn't we just do that? Fuck, I can't believe it's getting close to Bele Chere time again. Didn't we just do that?

Let's see if I can at all keep my head above water today. I make no promises.
