Two forms of stating one's occupation: The verb 'Is' is the to-be verb that describes a more permanent state, the copula verb. Is mise an [noun] means, literally, "It's me, the [noun]" Is [noun] mé means "I am a [noun]."

Oof. Jeans and sweatpants achieved last night. Not eating piles of excessively unhealthy food was also achieved, I got a giant slab of meat cooked to hot all the way through but still bloody, and some steamed veggies. The veggies disappeared quickly, the meat got cut in half now half later portions. Excellent. And then I came home and even managed to figure out the rest of the outline for J3, which is good because I was rapidly coming up on the part of the story where I was running out of outline. Oops. I did, at least, manage to get my writing shit organized. So there's that doing today, there's not much incoming that'll need to be dealt with but there are two entertainingly huge and complicated piles of outgoing, so that'll be fun. Le sigh.

... I need some of these earrings in my life. Also some bullet earrings, but I didn't find a one-stop cool shop for them. I also need to clean the apartment this weekend, or at least my radius, but, eh. It's not as bad as it could be. Cleaning, dropping stuff off at the Goodwill and checking their stock of blouses to see if there's anything I might even wear. Writing. Chopping and cooking meat and stuff. It's going to be a stay at home weekend, and I can't say I couldn't use it. I like the idea of having a rest.

Feeling a little wonky this morning, not sure why. Got all my exercise, did my languages. I guess we'll see what happens over the course of the day, how this shapes up.
