Grace sighed. Fourteen was way too young to be having this talk. "Anyway, you know the most important thing for you to remember, right? If it feels wrong..."

"If it feels wrong, stab him in the thigh with my pocket knife and run like hell, I know, I know."

Both she's and both would's. Eve probably gave her a pocket knife for self defense when she was 8 or 10.

Yes, yes they would, and yes, she did. Which Dawn then spent weeks learning to use from watching her sister train and then trying to imitate some of it.

But yeah, she says her sister didn't always have time to train her but she did have to practice, so it worked!
