Interesting. Of course he drew House Mandrake when he took it, but that's to be expected of him.

So many things to do tomorrow. I should be in bed by now, but of course I'm not. What am I doing? I'm staying up talking to people and making icons. I am a silly person, yes I am.

Tomorrow I shall prepare to spend drekloads of money. Why, you ask, am I spending drekloads of money if I have no job and no way of putting said money back in the bank? Well, one, because I do have it to spend. Thank the Goddess and the Government for tax returns. And two, because I need to spend it. It's been a good ten years since I got my eyes checked, and since the boyfriend was coerced into going and getting his eyes checked and now returns tomorrow for frame and lenses, I might as well make an appointment for myself. My vision is not so bad that I am completely incapacitated without them, but it might be nice to have glasses.

What I really want, though, are a pair of cat-eye contact lenses. Oh yes.

And then up north. North to a pizza parlor and to meet ... someone. And her husband. Someone who puts "Blessed be" in conspiciously large letters at the bottom of every e-mail, and is therefore either lazy or ignorant in the ways of e-mail signatures, or is someone who might try and take me aside and discuss with me The Great And Powerful Mysteries of Elder Priestesshood In The Clan Of Sparkly Poo. I rather hope it's the former. If it's the latter I'm going to pull rank, cite ritual, and flee. I'd completely forgotten I can do that until recently. Sometimes it's nice to be HP.

And in addition to all that I think I will end up going to WalMart. Why? Because if a certain someone nags me about getting a few more pairs of earrings one more time I will thump him severely. Just because it's springtime/summertime and I have my ears re-pierced, have a little cash, etc, does not mean I have to put on jewelry. Or dress up and be pretty. Or anything of the sort. I like my raggedy sweats and plain appearance, thankyouverymuch.

Of course, this isn't an argument I'm going to win. And it's really kind of sad that this isn't an argument I'm going to win. But I can try.
