Someone called Jeff Bridges a sexbiscuit. This makes me want to icon it, just because that's the most fucking hilarious term ever.

And speaking of Jeff Bridges, only not, I'm contemplating once again picking up electric guitar. Also not immediately, in about a year or six months at the very very least, to get some of my chord changes and my fingerpicking under me, but electric guitar nonetheless. The problem is I'm not sure if it's very different from learning to play the acoustic guitar. Obviously some of the principles are the same, fingering, chords, etc, but some things are different. The electric guitar has a lot more stuff. Or at least it looks that way. What I might do so far is I might walk up this weekend to the music store near my house and see if someone there can tell me/show me. And possibly help me riff Iron Man on a guitar. Because I am a five year old and the first thing I will play when I have an idea of how to play an electric guitar is the damn Iron Man riff.

I'm hitting that bizarre stage again where I'm going shit! Whistle, guitar, writing, three languages, exercise, cleaning, knitting, occasionally sewing, occasionally spinning, painting, what the fuck am I doing maintaining all this at once oh my god! I have to sit on myself and remind myself that it's not that bad. Half of those (all of the crafts, basically) are either weekend or when I'm out front at work and it's quiet activities, they're not regular things. The other half may be regular things, but I've made time in my schedule for them and I know that time works. I am not, in fact, doing too many things and driving myself crazy. I would be if I tried to smash voice lessons in there. But not yet.

Um.

図書館に 日本語を勉強しに 行きます。
家に ギターをれんしゅうをしに 帰ります。 (Not sure if this applies to basic scales work, which is mostly what I'm doing right now.)
デパートに ジーンズをかいに 行きます。
家族に あいに 帰ります。
... Hmm.

White Collar was unbelievable. I love that show mostly I think for its portrayal of Neal, Peter, and El, and how they interact. There are some questions I have about this most recent season, but the past two episodes have been absolutely amazing with those relationships, I've been reveling in it.

I can't decide if I'm behind in my writing projects and should panic or if I'm just down a couple of days and need to be mindful in the future. Nngh. On the other hand... oh, hell, I don't know. In reality, I should stop babbling incoherently at the internets and start writing before it's time for bed. So, here I go!

Adopt one today! Adopt one today! Adopt one today! Adopt one today! Adopt one today!
