Oh my god I think I fixed Underground even further. I am fucking brilliant, I tell you. Also today I traumatized a slug and last night I discovered that Bruce Awesome Boxleitner is coming to Dragon*Con. This has pretty much powered me through the last 10 hours.

(As a sidebar, a conversation between Me and two Also Me's)
Me: Oof. Running out of time for stretches...

Alan/Also Me: Cut the rest of the routine, go straight to breakfast and then languages. We're trying to be efficient about this, remember?

Guerrero/Also Also Me: But she's also trying to get in shape for Dragon Con.

Alan: Good point. We've got the toe routine and battements to go, maybe do just the battements and skip the toe? Battements go quick.

Guerrero: With the weights.

Alan: Of course.

Guerrero: Deal.

Me: Don't I get a say in this?

Alan&Guerrero: No.

So, yes. All that happened. And I did battements and some relevés and some more battements and I need to keep that up so I don't look entirely ungraceful if I ever do any posing or dancing at Dragon*Con. And now I really do need to buy a wetsuit type thing I can shop up and put lightwire around. I also figured out the problem of the bathroom, I think. Which is basically that, depending on how the oversuit goes on and how I drape the lightwire, I just take that off and then am in my unitard, which is easy. Thank god that was the only costume where bathrooming was problematic. Some people have issues with spending an entire day in spandex? I do not.


Still haven't figured out which days I'm going to be in what costumes. Or what costumes I'm even going to be in. Friday and Saturday are going to be Tron and Silk Spectre, I think. And then I also have Cheetara and Faye Valentine and Abby. Abby and Faye are going to be my fallback I'm tired of walking around in high heels and lightwire type costumes, thank god for having a con hotel room. I don't anticipate this problem with Cheetara, mostly because her costume is... spandex. Silk Spectre is spandex and 4" heels, Tron is spandex and 50 feet of lightwire, which may get cumbersome. But I have a con hotel room, so I can just go up and change and be someone else. So there.

And. And and. Um. Something. Squirrels. Remembering the plain forms versus the formal forms of verbs wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, and hopefully I'm doing better on Russian today. I seriously can't concentrate, you guys, squeeing so hard.
