Aand that's the last of that grammar point exercises. *pokes it* I think I got that right. Of all things, I keep forgetting if the verbs appear simple first and then continuous or continuous and then simple. Okay, so, if they appear класть/положить that's simple and then continuous, right? Argh.
Oof. At least I got some sleep last night, even if Murdock's good night ritual takes ten or so minutes. Involving a whole lot of snuggling and nuzzling and really loud purring right against my face. He's adorable, but it means I don't go to sleep for a bit even after I'm ready to. On the other hand it does pretty much ensure that once he leaves, I fall right asleep. I'll take it.
And! And the boy even got home before I had to leave, with the groceries including my salad greens and cookies for dessert! So now I have a bento that is full of rabbit food except for the goddamn mint oreos because I deserve them. Except that the blue cheese crumbles are a little too blue. And fuzzy. Which means that goes on the grocery list of yet more shit I forgot to put on there last night and/or stuff that the boy wasn't able to get at that store. Woe. Only not. Also, I need more salad recipes. It may be time for couscous and tuna this weekend, a big batch I can then parcel out into bentos over the week.
On the list of less fun things I need to do is call the dentist and find out what time I'm supposed to be there tomorrow for my scrape-and-buff. I know it's just a cleaning, but that doesn't mean I have to like it.
Oof. Writing sort of organized to the point where I think I can actually do it, even with the edits. Titles started to work on, although I still need to do some naming of things. I can't spend the whole damn time writing a Big Bang dodging certain words. Hopefully today will be a little calmer at work and I can not only deal with the more complicated crap that got shoved to one side unless it was urgent, but also some writing crap. Also, I would appreciate it if nothing else caught fire today. After last week? Today, the toaster started smoking. I can't even begin to tell you how surreal it's getting. I feel like I should call someone in to have the electricals checked, or at least double check the fire alarm battery.
