Она подключается к Интернету. (У неё очень быстрая связь!) She connects logs on to the internet. (And has a very fast connection!)
Она кладёт мышь на коврик. She puts the mouse on the mousepad.
Она включает компьютер. She turns on the computer. (Logs on?)
Она вводит пароль и нажимает на «Enter». She puts in her password and hits enter. (Mmph, lots of synonyms for those two verbs.)
Лена качает две фотографии через электронную почту. Lena downloads two photographs from her e-mail. (lit. Electronic mail)
Она их печатает. She prints them. [conflate the gloss definition of печать with your programming mind.]
Разниця между фотографиями большая: The two large photographs are different? The difference between the two photographs is great: (Note: [phrase in gloss] [predicate noun in instrumental case] [predicate adjective in nominative case describing phrase in gloss])
Первая фотография получилась хорошо. The first photo printed well.
Вторая получилась полхо. The second photo printed badly.


And then I figured out why I'm so tired. Given the harsh coughing fit of yesterday (which, the sniffles can be attributed to allergies, the coughing? not so much) I'm probably fighting something off. While dealing with PMS. And a pretty sudden temperature drop in the weather. Oh.

So, taking a bit of care with my diet and I did get more sleep last night. Easy enough fix. Just, ugh.

Right. Time to kick my own ass, though. If today's a light day at work, that means it's a heavy day on writing. And training Dragon tonight by reading from the fairy book (Hey, Anna, you remember that giant reference project we were talking about? I'm going to use it to train my Dragon). German needs to get done so that can get done, and then I can start on the next chapter or, really, I might already be done. I need to go back and check. I have a check-in post to do, i have shit to do, I can't stop and be sick for any longer than physically necessary. Sleeping in was good, needed. But now it's time to focus.

(Now, let's just hope that self-induced pep talk worked.) (Also, how the fuck am I on Chapter 8 of book 2 of Russian already holy christ.)
