Describing the location of people and things using ~ni ~ga arimasu/imasu, and koko, soko, asoko.
Using location nouns: naka, soto, tonari, yoko, chikaku, ushiro, mae, ue, shita, migigawa, hidarigawa.

コンピュータの　上に　えんぴつがあります。
テレビを　上に　ペンがあります。

'm tired. Really, really tired. I don't even know why I'm tired except that yesterday's Castle seriously knocked me for a loop and before that I had the active weekend of crazy and I still feel like I have way too much crap to do. And like I'm falling down on all kinds of things. I don't even know what I'm falling down on (well, German study, for one thing) just, things. In another fifteen minutes I'm going to go and fall down on my bed though. One more glass of water and a round of teeth brushing.

I will say, I am really damn grateful and lucky to have such an awesome family, though, that gives me a birthday present of not worrying about scraping together the money for not one, not two, but ALL the damn costumes I have planned. And, really, the most expensive ones are the Tron one and the ... no, the Tron one. The other ones were a $20 lab coat and a $10 badge (seriously, I could have managed without the farting hippo) and both of the others just require some careful thrift store shopping and maybe a 2.50 bottle of dye. But the Tron suit requires lightwire, which I'm not experienced enough with to know how to be very thrifty on it, and two body-covering suits of various kinds, which isn't going to be cheap. It won't be more than I spent last year on Cheetara or the year before that on Silk Spectre, but still.

And... stuff. Things. I'm tired. I'm really, really damn tired. I'm not all that unhappy, which kind of says to me that maybe I've been pushing myself a little too hard, but I really am tired. I took tonight off writing, didn't get a damn thing on any of my serious projects done, which was probably needed. Back to the grindstone tomorrow. Maybe I just need to take a weekend and rest and be irresponsible. Which will probably be coming up. Pirates and dinner and if we go to that German place again I will damn well have another killer martini. That was a happy-making drink. I mean, I know I'm a lightweight, but DAMN.

I did get Final Draft 7 installed, and now I just need to find a tutorial that shows me how to use it. Oops. I did get Dragon installed and did some work on training it. That's probably enough productive for one day. Time to pass out now. I did, at least, discover that no, I do know more location descriptors than I thought, so at least there's that? I'll take my victory and go to bed.
