Летом я играю в футбол. (Eh, sure, why not. It's an exercise, I can pretend.)
Раньше моя бабушка играла в шахматы.
Сегодня мой знакомый не играл в футбол. (It's perfectly valid if there was a game earlier in the day so nyah.)
Вчера мы играли в хоккей.
Зимой американские студенты не играют в волейбол.
Завтра мы играем теннис.
В четверг (сегодня!) я играю баскетбол.

Летом я занимаюсь боулингом.
В субботу мы занимаемся каратэ.
Вчера моя знакомая занималась боксом.



Okay, okay, that's probably enough sentence making for now. More tomorrow, and then another grammar point next week even if I want to go charging full steam ahead. Slow and steady and so on.

So, yeah. Last night the writing kind of disappeared into the sleep. Hopefully today will be better. Still gearing up for Maryland, but not just yet. Which means I need to kick my own ass on writing today. I think I can manage that. I hope!
