Okay, see, this is what I should have been learning eight lessons ago. Ah well. Also, yay French review? There may need to be some going back and picking verbs and conjugating them or something. Simple sentences. See how much vocab I remember.

So, today, my back hurts a little, more in the way of feeling like I did too much exercise than in the way of it being wrenched out of joint, and the stiffness is almost entirely gone. I feel somewhat like this is a quick recovery, but still have no perspective. Physical therapist appointment feels a little like a waste of time now, though. Or maybe I'm just back to second guessing myself.

On the plus side, I'm second-guessing myself much less today about weight gain, loss, muscle gain, loss, etc. Stayed up too late last night, which I'd better not do tonight, but still second guessing myself less on whether or not I'll be in superheroine shape, or at least close enough to it to strut around a giant convention in a superheroine costume. Confidence, that's the key. Or a big part of it, anyway. And some of that's coming back. With time. And sleep.

Ended up watching the Robert Knepper episode of Law & Order: Criminal Intent last night, which promptly woke Laedecker up. Which is useful for writing today, but not so much at getting to sleep last night. Ah well.
