I will not throw up. I will not pass out. I will not fall down.

I will not rage or cry or scream at things which are out of my control. I will brace myself, do the things I can, deal with the things under my control, and accept what I cannot change.

I will not be angry where it serves no purpose, I will not fall down weeping when I have work to do.
