kittydesadeThis weekend is "Get This Shit Off My Unfinished Fics List" weekend. Because, folks and dear readers, I have a bunch of things I need to either get back to working on or just get off my lazy ass and finish. The next section of the long things, the end of the short story. Whatever. Oi, stop procrastinating, Jag. It's bad for you.
And since the mandatory overtime is over and done with, I actually have a little more free time! Woo-hoo!
Actually, upon further thought, this will be the first weekend of "Get This Shit Off..." weekends. The next one will be Labor Day Weekend, which is a whopping Three Day Weekend. I know you probably don't know much about my workplace but that is rare as the blue moon for me to have three days off in a row. Usually they're scattered somewhat haphazardly throughout the week. Which is okay. But I like three day weekends.
Apparently today is also Eschew Adverbs From My Writing Day. Oi. Getting critiqued always makes me feel small and stupid, if only for a minute.
