This fortnight has been pre-emptively fired. It has also been pre-emptively shot in the brainpan, stabbed in the crotch, flung down a flight of stairs, fed to a wood chipper and thrown as chum to the sharks.

I'll be back when I feel more like a creature of reason and sanity and less like ripping everyone's head off.
