kittydesadeI forsee the next couple of days being an endless cycle of gettng up, going to work, sewing, and writing. Oh yes. In preparation for which I went to bed hella early last night. Ahhh sleep, I'd forgotten how much I missed you.
I need at least two complete outfits for Faire for each me and the boy. I do not have them yet. After I finish the shirts that may wind up being the goal, do mockups of vests and bodices, sew bodices, worry about the rest of the stuff later. So that I actually do have two complete outfits for Faire, and so does he. And at some point I need to finish the shirt I had to make for the Pirate and, more importantly, the vest I had to make, now that he's finally gotten me the gold stud rivet things he wants put in it. The other vest material that he got, he doesn't even know what pattern he wants. So, yeah. Not happening there until I know what patterns to cut.
And somehow in all that I have to work extra hours at work and get writing done. Argh. And keep the house tidy. And... I don't know what all else I'm going to do. Make it to GenCon maybe? I better. I so better. I didn't get Williamsburg, dammit, but GenCon is only an HOUR away, hour and a half tops. That's a DAY TRIP.
