Pick three of your friends whose writing you absolutely adore. And pimp them! Something specific and public if they have it out, or just a general exclamation of glee if they don't or you can't think of any one thing.

ladyofbrileith. Her writing flows like I only wish I could get mine to. She's musical, lyrical, visual, and just plain that damn good. She has gorgeous worlds full of dynamic, quirky, sometimes adorable, sometimes really scary characters. She's just that damn good. And you should read. Yes. Plus, she writes a crazygood Byron.

cruelest_month. She has the coolest ideas ever. She writes about stuff that you would never think of in a million years, and it's fascinating, and it's kooky, and it's hilarious and fun. She's been responsible for some of my best ideas, probably. She just takes ideas and runs with them, wherever they lead. She's brave like that.

nopejr. For full details, see his journal. Seriously, yo. The guy has a way with words that just grabs you and makes you stare. Not just his fanfic, his original stuff too. The man has talent leaking out of his fingers, and if he can't draw you in and make you read, make you think, then... well. He has technique. Spooky technique, dark and twisted, but god it's provocative. Thoughtful.
