kittydesadeExcept the pain in my goddamn back that's been keeping me from sitting up, turning around, or doing anything fun for the last four, five days. Stupid back. And not a dull ache, either, raw and shooting pains, like someone stuck a large needle into my spine that poked me whenever I moved wrong. Hate.
On the plus side, I suppose, I did get another large chunk of words writtten today, and hopefully tomorrow can make up for my horribly slacker weekend. Or rather, my slacker Sunday and Monday. Okay, my slacker monday, since I got one novel finished this weekend and did the daily 10 thou on Sunday.
And in other news, in case that link doesn't work anymore, the earlier 'WOO-HOO' was for Massachusetts joining the bandwagon in striking down their whole anti-gay marriage thing, ruling that discriminating thusly is unconstitutional. And, you know, maybe that will stand. Until another piece of legislation overturns it, they change the constitution... something. And I know I, personally, won't rest easy until it's federally mandated. I like things to be on a slightly more than state-wide level, it gives the whole thing a feeling of permanence.
Still, it's a step in the right direction.
Ugh. What else. Wrote a little in my pillow book, which is good, I've been neglecting it shamefully these days. No fever tonight, which is good. And I'm up far too late again, I really need to set myself a curfew or something.
And I'm still listening to too much KMFDM.
