kittydesadeOogh. I think the sun rose just now... just now, mind you! I was sitting here staring at the computer screen and all of a sudden, wham. Blinding light in the eyes. I think it did that just to annoy me.
Likewise, Fluff, I had some posts for you, but LJ ate them. Again, just to annoy me and drive me totally mental.
But I will defy them both. I will remain calm, cool, and collected. HAH. That'll show 'em.
Oogh. Why am I up this early, after waking up randomly so late last night? Because the novel needs one final edit before I submit it. An easy one, but still. And a book blurb. Which I have no idea how to write, but for which I shall study by reading the backs of other books. Hah. Also, I think the euphoria's worn off. Correction, I know the euphoria's worn off. But so has the stress, mostly, anyway, and I can get back to doing the ten billion other things I put off while I finished the novel like a mad fiend.
There was a previous post involving the day to day of the conference, if anyone wants to see. In scheduled form.
Ka phooey. Other than that? Life's been uneventful. After the tax seminar yesterday I came home and flopped and slept and watched Eddie Izzard and Cirque du Soleil for hours. Mental floss.
Right. Back to work! And by work I mean writing, since I don't actually go back to work till Thursday.
