Ohgod so tired. Between the storms and work and errands and writing and going out last night when I probably shouldn't have, but. Sociability. Plus, break from writing. And good pizza. And still have so much crap to write and argh. Storms.
I was upstairs when the sirens started, listening to the rain, window cracked so I could hear if the siren went off which, yes, it did. So then it's cell phone, laptop, cords (even if and just in case), and notebook down into the basement. Then it's round up all four cats and three dogs and into the basement. Then it's out of the basement five minutes later when the tornado watch and siren goes away, and someone saw a funnel cloud five miles from us that touched down, but, nothing.
Though, speaking of news I should check up on, I should see if there's anything on that kid who got hit yesterday at the school a couple miles from the house.
So, yeah. Yesterday, just. Chaos. Very little done. Then staying up late, or trying to, in order to write but still not getting anything done on account of, omgsowasted.
Gragh. Never goign to finish this in time for people to read before the conference. Or at least. People, I hope you read very fast, if you want to read it before conference. 'cause. Wow. So much to write. Or maybe it just looks like that. So tired. Too tired to be nervous, which is good. Work for four hours today, then come home and write. Lots. Will post a schedule later on today.
