kittydesade... I just got told by someone that they "appreciate [my] calm and gentleness" that apparently "shows through [my] voice" over the phone.
First of all, those of you who know me and have seen my fits of irritation and temper can laugh now.
Second, all I can think of now is that Demolition Man phrase "enhance your calm" and those goofy expressions they wore.
