kittydesadeAnd lo, I did ponder doing the dishes, and summarily rejected the idea. Instead I will put on Coyote Ugly. Again. And wish I was a Coyote.
There’s something really tempting for me to turn into Rachel from that movie, and I don’t know what or why. To be brassy, sexual, and bitchy on a bartop seems like the most fun job in the world. And getting paid for it! To beat up guys who are too pushy, serve drinks, snark off. That would almost be my dream job, because then I could go home near dawn and write like crazy to wind down until I fell asleep. Well, I think it would be awesome anyway. Maybe I really should go to bartending school.
Anyway.
So, I finally managed to shake off that lethargy. I’ve started writing again, doing some photo editing. Hopefully this productive period will last. Yesterday I got some work done on the LXG Moore Collegium site thingie. Go me. I’ve written some in Understanding, and most of an entire chapter in LXG (and posted it on fanfic.net, because I’m a horrible slacker like that. It so needs edited and rewritten and expanded, which I’ll do before I post it on my site. But.. bleh. I’m a review whore.) Not sure what to work on next. Possibly some more icons. Possibly some fic.
