Dear Self:

Just a few reminders to get your day started properly.

• The pills go in the hand and eventually into the mouth. Not down the sink.
  
• The cereal box goes on top of the fridge, not into it.
  
• The milk goes into the fridge, not on top of it.
  
• Yes, you do have to go to work today. Remembering that you should eat breakfast and pack your lunch a little quicker than ten minutes before departure time would be helpful.
  
• No, you can't go to work in your pajamas.
