It's even warm out! And the air conditioning works which means it's cold in. But oh well. Our AC isn't turned up too high at home, which is good both from a conserving energy standpoint and from a me not freezing my toes off in the middle of summer standpoint. Seriously, I was wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt and it was the middle of summer in our tinyass apartment.
Oof. Running and jumping over things makes one sweaty. Now I just have to keep doing that every morning for the next nine weeks or so. No problem! But I finally feel back in better spirits and less out of sorts, partly because of the lack of power outage this morning, probably also because my body is back in sync where it should be. Stupid freaking periods and their inability to come regularly, on time. Or at least, I'm usually regular, but goddamn when something happens it irritates me. Or causes me to be more irritated.
And I can't find the earrings I was going to wear today, which irritates me more. I know roughly where they are, they're in a white earring box, but I don't know where that box is. Grr.
I will console myself with Richard Speight Jr and the whole Mjolnir in the pants thing.
And, what do you know? I found them. Hah. Really running off to work now. Where I will... do. Something. I have no idea what today's going to be like. But at least I'm more capable of coping with it than I was yesterday.
