Why the everliving fuck they scatter the gloss for that over the next several pages, don't put half of it in the back of the book, and don't put any of it in the gloss for this chapter I will never know. Too distracted this morning for a good, full translation.

Oogh. Um. Hm. Still need to start keeping and probably expanding on a list of things for bento lunches that are viable or not viable. Probably different ones each for me and the boy since I'm way more willing to have veggie only bentos and he eats pig. Silly man.

Thing and thoughts. Thoughts and thing. Urfgh. I'm out of time for thinky thoughts.

I swear, every so often it's like something in these books flips a switch and it goes from about 2/3 language 1 and 1/3 language to two LARGE BLOCKS of language 2 and little bits of language 1 to give you some kind of rough direction. Or maybe it's just the English language language study textbooks, I don't know. When I was studying in Spanish we didn't learn other languages, just math and science and stuff.

Oof. So... something. It's cold. I don't like cold anymore. Winter always lasts about six weeks longer than I want it to. Which is sad considering I'm in the mountains, with nothing really extreme in the way of weather. But it's cold, and my fingers is froze, and it annoys me. Actually right now it annoys me because I haven't gotten up and put on a robe and some arm warmers yet.

There we go. And, oh yes. The other thing I was thinking. Is it just me or is WikiLeaks slowly being turned into a somewhat reputable source? Or at least, I've been seeing a lot more headlines, AP and such, saying that WikiLeaks reported this or that. And there's less framing of WikiLeaks as this controversial organization that may or may not have legitimate access to verifiable sources, and more just "this is what was in the latest release." I'm not sure what's up with that. I've also noticed, again, I think, that Assange is being reported in the headlines less as "founder/co-founder of WikiLeaks Julian Assange" and more just as "Assange." Which would be nice. It's nice to think that a guy can put effort into something a large group of people can agree with and still be a douchebag, and the one has nothing necessarily to do with the other.

Oof. Okay, anyway. Writing things, and lunch for tomorrow is pretty much done, so it's writing things and eventually bed. After Mentalist. Mmmm Mentalist. Well, no, bed at bedtime, but still Mmmm Mentalist.

Someone tell me I should totally self-publish my damn books already and stop being such a fucking coward. I keep thinking I should, and then I think, shit, what if no one buys them? Well... and what if no one does? Is it any more indulgent than spending fifty bucks or so on ... a dress? Or a collector's edition DVD set or god knows what else I spend my money on?

Argh.
