Feb. 10th, 2010 09:24 amRight. Russian. I am having way too much fun with making up sentences out of fandom.

And then I stopped because it was getting late-ish and I do know the dative case relatively well, thank you two years of Latin. And German! That I forgot to post last night. Oops.

I need to review that German; I have the sneaking suspicion that didn't quite work out as well as it was supposed to. Hell, I should review the German noun cases anyway. Word order and things I'm getting, noun cases, for some reason? Not so much.
Also,
adsartha, oh dear lord someone actually did it. Someone had the same idea that we had and they actually photoshopped it. And it looks about as good as you would expect. And I might have squeed and bounced up and down right there in the living room, oh yes I did.
There is no part of my body that doesn't hurt. I'm pretty sure even my hair hurts. Apart from the fact that yesterday was as close as I've gotten to my regular exercise routine in a few days (and today there was 30 minutes of weights and situps plus 45 minutes of dance and yoga and OW) I also hauled around a little over a quarter ton of yarn. By myself. There were two people wrestling it off the truck, and one of them was me, but then once we got it in the store somehow everyone disappeared, so I got to be the one to unload and shove around a quarter ton of yarn off the hand-truck and into various places around the store so we could open the boxes, label it, sort it, and get it shipped out. Which, amazingly, we managed to sort out everything that needed to go out that day. Today I get to pack most of it, though, and I'm not looking forward to that as much as I might be. Oh well. At least I'll be working sore muscles. Still, ow. My back hurts, my arms hurt, my legs hurt... no, I take it back. My ass isn't hurting yet. Possibly that's later today.
It's really fucking windy out there. And cold. It's 22 degrees F and I miss the days when I could walk over to the aunt's. I miss getting my daily walk in, in general. I'm ready for my spring now, Mr. De Mille. I want warmer weather, I want not to be freezing all the time, and I want to be able to go outside without hunching over and dreading it. Brr. It could be worse? We could be DC and getting smothered by the Snowpocalypse. But, really, I'm ready for winter to be over all across the northern hemisphere right now. I'm done with winter.
Ooogh. Busy day again at work today, and then something or other tonight. Picking up, Human Target, giggling like a madwoman over Guerrero zotting someone. Criminal Minds, and finding something to do that isn't the Useless Robot show. Stupid show. All the CSIs need to be yanked off the air and make room for something else vaguely interesting. They've pretty much become soaps. Vegas is 'how weird and perverse can we get' and/or 'who can we depict as weird and perverse this week', Miami... well, we all know about Miami. And New York is becoming Angst Angst Brooding powered by the Idiot Ball. Sigh, shows. Sigh. Maybe I'll just go to bed early. I could certainly use the sleep.
I thought there was more to this entry but now I can't remember what I was going to say, so. There you go.
