Sometimes it amazes me that I'm able to take that much Cyrillic, understand it, and apply it/type it out myself. On the one hand, a year still seems like a long time, on the other hand, some people can study languages for years and not quite grasp it. It's weird.

And now I also have to stomp on the urge to re-learn my Japanese. Argh.

Right. Getting ready for work, and I have a fair bit of work to do. And my writing schedule. Debating taking my laptop to work, too, just in case I get my packing done pretty quickly. Decisions...

Good Idea, Bad Idea

Good Idea: Dead-lifting 50+ lbs to get that damn box out of the way. (Holy shit! I can dead-lift 50+ lbs without realizing that's heavy?)

Bad Idea: Dead-lifting 50+ lbs without proper form 'cause you didn't look at the damn weight on the box before you lifted it. Idjit. No wonder you wrenched your back.
