Still need more vocab. On the other hand, I think I'm slowly getting the hang of the prepositional case. We'll see how much I get wrong today. Also on the list of things to do today: Goddamn prompts. Laundry. Meh.

Here goes a brief spiel on the nominative case, and how English uses word order and every other bloody language uses case.

Of course, then, or about halfway through, a couple of baby courtesans and I got entirely sidetracked by discussing what genders certain things (sun, moon, sky, earth) were in some languages and in others, and comparative linguistics, and comparative mythology, and so on. I suspect more of you on my f-list will find this interesting than I initially thought when I started typing out this paragraph.
