kittydesadeStitch Fix is evil I tell you. Eeeevil. They sent me a box this month that absolutely caters to my goth/punk/post-apocalypse aesthetic, which is my dominant aesthetic these days. Touched with days of Fairy Queen Will Fuck You Up, but that goes a bit with the punk/glam. I need to tell my stylist that I'm tryyyying to introduce a pop of color into my wardrobe but obviously that's not working because nearly everything I wear is shades of black, khaki, gray, or camo. Or denim. I should make an effort not to ... something. But it's so difficult.
(I don't have to, I'm a grown ass adult who can dress how she likes, but I feel like I want to have the option. Somehow. Somewhere. I'm not sure where or how. Other than my eyeshadow obviously.)
Guitar practice challenge is over but I did voluntarily practice and push ahead and practice a couple new exercises today, so evidently something is sticking. Other than my strings in the flat position. And work was so quiet that I ended up getting a lot of writing work done too, including some mental sorting things out. Got home, ate a pile of dinner, I kind of wanted to do more writing work when I got home but most of what I did was drafting. But I did get a lot of drafting done, so that's not nothing.
And now we have weather, which is making tomorrow uncertain as to schedules and whether or not we have class. Botheration. But still, i feel like I'm clawing my way back into grove, so that's happy.
