kittydesadeI... I am having friend-making shenanigans the likes of which can only happen in the modern internet, but which is very strange to me, a person who barely grew up with the internet in the later half of her youth. It's fun! But what the actual hell.
I also have discovered that work has calmed down enough for me to get some damn writing done either at it or afterwards, but my writing muscles have atrophied enough that it's hard to get things started. That said, I got an idea for Yet Another Novel but in an existing verse! So I don't have building work to do there, I might have some consolidating but no building, all I have to do is the ordinary process of building a novel. So that's fine.
Everything is done as it's going to get for the show. I spent an enjoyable afternoon at work doing things leisurely and also talking for around half an hour to a potential customer about spinning wheels and eventually hair dye and rabbits. Everything was much more relaxed, much calmer, I like it much better. We still don't have the dye house problem solved, but this is okay too.
And I found the perfect anniversary present for the boy, a good month ahead of time. Which makes me very happy.
I just need to work on the timing of my writing and so on, which is basically Not After Midnight And Go To Bed On Time You Silly Woman.
