kittydesadeIn a strange and dark sort of mirror to how the hurricane hit huge chunks of the state but not here, I seem to be one of the few people in my friends' group who didn't have a shitty day today. As I just said to A, it's exhausting wanting to murder everyone all the time.
I didn't keep up with my bullet journal over the weekend. I'm mostly using it for to-do lists, should I be doing something else with it? Okay, ideally to-do lists and ideas and so on, but I'm having trouble remembering to write them down or sketch them out. And study lists. Which is kind of working but, eh. I don't know. Maybe I need to train myself into reaching for it. Something. I'm not sure. 11.30 at night is probably not the best time to make decisions. Or start sketching things.
But on the plus side I found me a lipstick that looks suitable for an Aneela lipstick from Killjoys. I'm not exactly planning on cosplaying, although I might as DragonCon gets closer? For one thing, that's a shitload of hair to wig onto my head. But I love Dutch and Aneela's wardrobes and Aneela's lipstick, so I've been keeping an eye out. And then it occurred to me, and lo, they have a nice brilliant green one.
Blergh. I don't have much else to say. Work wasn't too bad apart from all the crap going on around me, but the software for the end of day tasks glitched so I guess I get to see if those servers are up tomorrow. Other than that, maybe I'll take a stab at this whole bullet journal thing again tomorrow. And it's true though, I haven't made much use of the ideas page or the books read page because I haven't had any really good ideas or read any good books since I started it a week ish ago? I did get a fair chunk of background written on Pilot today. That's a plus I'll take.
