kittydesadeNew cards did not come today, which isn't worrying except that I got paid today and have no way to deposit the paycheck in my account without cards. Fortunately the boy is also listed on the house account, so we're going to deposit it in the house account tomorrow since it was meant to be the mortgage check anyway and that'll take care of that bill. Next problem is the water bill which comes due in about two weeks? Yes, two weeks, but if I don't have my cards by then that's a whole other problem.
The more I see of this Universal FanCon/Black Girl Nerds drama... yikes. I don't know what to say except yikes and I feel sorry for all the people who got taken in by both of these cons. (Black Girl Nerds not so much a con per se as being co-opted by a con artist? narcissist? something.)
Charging towards a finish on the novel, which thankfully shouldn't need any major structural changes but a whole lot of smaller editing for better description, smoother language, etc. And I'm already starting to feel the post-Nano need for a sense of organzation and what the hell should I be working on, sigh.
But it's already past my bedtime, so this is all.
