And then Patreon went and did the thing, and if you have friends who use Patreon at all you're probably hearing them bitch about how they're charging patrons more per pledge and restructuring everything to work in the least efficient, most costly way possible. Ugh.
I'm looking into other revenue streams and which ones are good substitutes, what have drawbacks but might be decent in time, so on and so forth. Apparently there's at least two other people who want to see the results of this, so I'll be posting it to my web page at some point this weekend, starting to? Something? I'm not sure if it'll be in PDF format or if I'll just share a Gdocs link. I'll figure it out.
I did finally get the story for submission to Cuil press finished, and then another random story because of a Twitter thing Fran Wilde posted. I want to get one more story potentially for Cuil Press done, and then I need to try to find a home for The Body Shop before I decide to house it on my web page. I also need to finish some more background for The Fae After Tomorrow before I start writing it, which at this rate may not be till Monday despite what my schedule says. But at least Long Road's section is almost done, I'm slowly getting edits on Malachy one. Progress! Bit by bit. Hell at this point I'm just glad I got that one story for Cuil Press done and it turned out mostly okay.
I'm not sure if it's the weather or my muscles or something but I seem to be settling out at 6h30m for the sleep I need, which is okay but ugh. I wanted that thirty minutes back. But it's far, far better getting 6h30m of sleep and then waking up and being able to be awake, move around, do my exercise, so on and so forth than where I was, which was getting up and dragging all through the day. I have energy still! It's amazing.
I also have really sore legs still. And a pile of stuff to do, le sigh. But I think I'm getting caught up, bit by bit, now that I'm on proper medication and doing things in the evening instead of sitting and thinking about all the things I should do but being unable to get up and do it.
