kittydesadeSo, I did get up on time this morning but I didn't get any major stuff done because of reasons, sleepy, and I had a boy back. I feel like I should feel bad about this but I don't. Nyah.
Other things I don't feel bad about: finally returned one book to the library. Went to the used bookstore to see if they had the book so I could own a copy and scribble in it at my leisure. (Yes, I scribble in my non-fiction books mostly.) They didn't have it, but they did have a copy of a book on Blackwater that I grabbed because I had some store credit there. Went to Malaprop's, ordered a copy of Skull Wars. Glanced at Devil in White City. But I was good and didn't buy that too, I'll check it out of the library and read it and see if I want my own copy.
Fyrinnae is having a sale and so I'm pretty much doomed. Doomed doomed doomed... in a very Mrs. Bitters voice. Doomed! Not as doomed as I thought, apparently I only really need four colors now that I look at it, and I don't think the sale's going to last till after I try out their lipstick. (Or not, I just checked the tracking and it's due to arrive the last day of the sale. My life.) I am at least passing on the sample jars of the ones I'm getting fulls of soooooo I can kind of justify it and also it won't be completely ridiculous making room.
(I am also doomed because figuring out what colors I have, what I'm willing to trade, finding out some got discontinued, finding potential subs for them, etc, has taken up way more of my time than I probably should have let it oops.)
(Though the way I feel that could be just as much exhaustion as anything else.)
So okay fine. Writing when I get home, and three languages, and some form of exercise because I didn't get much done at work after I got in from book shopping. Which was at about 10.30-11. I mean, I can do this, but ideally I don't have to, that's why I have exercise and Hindi in the morning and try to get some writing and editing done at work. Hell, I don't even know what I'm doing for editing, other than digging up one of the other WL stories that needs edits. If there is one. Maybe I need to start edits on novels and work on writing WL stories. Aaaaaaaargh, basically. Needs moar sleep and less boyfriend waking me up at 2 in the morning with coldass hands. Admittedly to tell me he was home, so yay, but still.

Date: 2016-04-12 01:31 pm (UTC)I'll content myself with saying that I love their Dragon's Blood, it's my favorite of their lip lustres (with Sexy Nerd running a little behind that, and Winter Romance being great for when I'm in the mood for a red that's a little more berry-laden than blood-red).
I need more make-up, but I'll wait for the next sale and spend my spare cash on getting my sewing machine fixed this weekend. HOw do I go about finding out about them?

I found out in this case because I was passing along some samples and was tossing stuff in the cart to see how much fulls of all the colors I wanted whose samples I was giving up would cost. And there was a sale! So things got rearranged and then there was no sale, poo. But as far as I know they have no mailing list.
