kittydesadeWell. It took me half an hour to wake up this morning but I managed it, and I don't feel worse. I got exercises done, and I feel marginally better, if annoyed that I had to cram things in and rush this morning. Not due to trauma but rather to having to spend from 8 to 9 taking notes. That'll be over soon enough, but it still irritates me; if I didn't have to worry about that I wouldn't be cutting short the workout by cramming in Japanese at the end.
(I say that but I take far too many excuses to cut short workouts anyway, so it's more grumbling because I feel I should. Something to work on.)
I finally updated my profile pic on Twitter since a Thing is happening, or at least a Thing will be pitched and whether or not it happens, hell if I know. But now there is A Picture Of Me on the internet and that is a very terrifying thing. Augh.
And Jeremy Renner's posting pictures of Civil War lineups and I have all of the Oh Honey No. Less for him and more for Civil War in general. See, the only way this lineup works... Okay, here. Here's my theory for how the lineup works:
The only way that works is if they know that, everyone knows that, and it's to fool the ... whatever or whoever is controlling the military and the government. Hydra? Shydra? Someone else? AIM? Whoever? Whatever. Tony and Rhodey and ... well, no one's really sure WHOSE side Vision is on, but they're the most public and most dependent on the military now that Sam's out, they have to toe lines. But it's fine because they have Natasha on their side. She can keep Hawkass apprised and advise them all on passive resistance that doesn't even look like passive resistance. Probably involving Tony being more of an asshole than usual. Meanwhile the whole of them run around in two parts wondering how things got so fucked up and trying to patch it back together so they can stop pretending to be on opposite sides.
Actually, hell, I would watch that movie.
Tony and Steve having conversations in double-talk where it takes Steve a second to catch up that Tony isn't actually deriding him and then it takes Tony a second to catch what Steve's saying because military.
Natasha bitching at Hawkawss about how all his drops are in high places and can't he draw a squiggly on a trash can like a normal person.
Scarlet Witch sighing at them all and telling them they make their revolutions unnecessarily complicated. More of them agree than everyone's comfortable with because what that means is people just die, but no one suggests they do it that way.
(Well, Bucky does, but only to Steve, and gets a resigned Look in return.)
1. White Lightning supp document (history of or magazine article)
2. Helix (5 minutes)
3. Haven 2x05 (10 minutes)
4. Tailor blue shirt, side seams and possibly shoulder darts.
5. Paint America Chavez shirt.
6. Touch up America Chavez jacket, color patches etc.
7. Cut out pieces for composition book cover.
8. Finish copying over Black Ice timeline to Aeon (don't forget to export to HTML) (date Shelley Act, Sellers vs Michiuki, MacLeod) (you can type this up in the doc before you enter it on Aeon Timeline you know)
9.Pick up the Hubble's constant notes from the Hubble's law talk on Khan
10. PACK ZEROES AFTER YOU READ IT.
11. Find where you put the BI/WL/GM cover art and finish it maybe?
12. Clean up 'tools' page
13. Clean up 'links' page
