kittydesadeI'm in that weird post-Nano stage where I've been rushing for the last week to finish everything before deadline and now I'm not and I have no idea what to do with myself. (This is sort of a lie, I have a long long list of what to do with myself, the emotions just haven't caught up with it yet.) And there's also the thing where more often than not after Nano I haven't quite finished so I'm trying to push the motivation to finish it, only this time I actually finished it 6k before I hit my projected word count. So, um. The last several thousand words were pretty much either a) deleted scenes or b) cutesy porn. Which might even be the same thing.
I think what I'm going to end up doing, apart from working on White Lightning, is knocking some of my various to-do lists off of Habitica/HabitRPG. Of course a couple hours after I decide that I end up coming up with the crackiest fic ever to crack. With only two fandoms smashed together. I'm going to try and write this tonight after I make dinner, we'll see if it actually happens.
I have to remember that I don't, in fact, have to do all the supplemental documents in one night. One a day is fine, considering these are supposed to be brief interludes between stories. My brain's trying to get me to do Nano all over again, constantly, over the course of the entire year. It's an evil brain and it's trying to get me killed.
(Though, well. Doing all of them in a week shouldn't be too hard, with the weekend. At least they're relatively short, simple to manufacture. I just need to be reading a lot of reference material.)
