Well, I started out with somewhat less of a good night's sleep but still decent, slept later than I meant because my alarm had been reset, went through about half my exercises in a daze, staggered downstairs only to find that my netbook wouldn't charge, yay. Not.

See, when my netbook's power cord failed I looked up the model number and ordered another one, like you do, and I got one with a connecting prong that was millimeters too long to fit snugly in the port. Which was weird, but it worked, so okay. Unfortunately it only sort of works, and as time goes on that sort of becomes less and less likely, and the end result is at some point over the summer I really am going to have to get a new netbook. Over the summer is what I'd planned for. I hadn't planned on it this morning. Stress I did not need.

Fortunately I did get the fucking thing working again, charging up, etc. Came to work, and work was all right until I hit about an hour period where the phone wouldn't stop ringing, people wouldn't stop asking me my opinion on things they knew damn well how to do themselves (really people you are my aunts and uncles. My Aunt aunt says it's the price I pay for being confident) and somewhere in there my brain skittered to a halt. So now I'm trying to bash words out of an exhausted brain and eventually I need to physics somewhere in here. Uuuugh.

I did, at least, finish the scene I stopped in the middle of yesterday, and got two scenes done in Sandborn. I got the first scene done in Not Labyrinth No Really dime novel started. I think it'll actually start better this way but I really do need some kind of a plot going here. Not entirely sure what. And I did most of that in time to catch some rest before I start a scene in one of the other WL short stories. Not sure which yet. Or some other WL work.

All right, some Wednesday Reads I still haven't finished Sanctum or even got much further into it. I keep meaning to and just... eh. I did finish Spirit Gate! And then promptly reserved the next two, so hopefully those will be making their way to my local library. I also reserved the first King's Dragon and the first Spirit Walker books because why not. Currently I'm working on Women of the Golden Dawn too. It might actually be a faster read than I expected.

Superhero Training is going pretty well as far as resolidifying routines go. I've got it down to ballet routine, yoga one, yoga two, yoga one, and bellydance. Give it a couple of weeks of doing this solid and I'll need to change it, but hey. The one I really need to work on is stretching in the evenings, I don't have any kind of a routine for that. But I really should get one.

My Weekly Word Count for the past week, inexplicably, is 7,144. I don't know how that happened either.

And now I'm thinking if your netbook is EEE and if it is, if I can't send you my charger, which is in good condition, since I'm not really using the netbook at this point...

... so, do I send it to your home address or to the store address? (I'm really not using mine, between the phone and the decently fast-to-start-up laptop... and my EEE's hdd giving up a long time ago. So, yeah.)

Noted! And, heh, yeah, I remember how close the police station is to the store...

... and while it's traveling, you might have to poke for an adapter from US wall plugs to European cables...

What kind of bellydance do you do? I was very into it before some killer tendonitis and a few other problems took me down.
