So, Karl Urban is coming to Dragon*Con, which makes a whole five or six people I want to see. Yay? I'm really surprised by how short the list is. I think by this time last year it was already 15 people or more.

Ugh. I slept in an hour and a half this morning (because I was up an hour past my bedtime, dammit) and I still feel exhausted. Maybe just drained. It was a rough weekend. It's been an up and down week. I have a dentist appointment next week. All I want to do this weekend is get my house clean and have nothing else catch on fire. Is that too much to ask?

And no more goddamn construction outside my window either at home or at work. I'm not even kidding. They're right out back at work. They're at least a few houses down at home, and they generally stop before I get home, it's just in the mornings that it's annoying.

Maybe I can just go home, take a long, hot bath, and go to bed. That'd be nice, wouldn't it.

All right, no. There is a silver lining here somewhere. I've figured out a few writing things, and there's progress getting made on that. I keep thinking today'll be the day I finish this fucking story and it keeps not happening, but that's as much because RL interruptions as anything and being busier than I used to be. So, maybe today'll be quieter. And if not, I'll get done what I can.
