Ты покажешь тебе горло. -> I think you mean Ты покажешь твоё горло. (Or своё.) Тебе is 'to you' more than 'your'

хорошая лингвиста -> хорошая лингвистка, I think

неподруга is possible! I'm not sure it's frequent use, but I don't see why it would be incorrect.

Я не хочу упражнять. -> You either need 'exercise what' or ... make the verb reflexive!

Мы не хотим говорить о плохо дело. -> о плохом деле.

ON THE UPSIDE, I think all of your conjugations were correct! And doing exercises freeform is bound to get you into things that are prone to errors. And typos don't count. Not bad at all!

You are not a moron. You are amazing woman who manages to get across what she means. Maybe not perfectly, but, hell, nobody is perfect. We do what we can, and it's the same with Russian. It's trixie. But you would be understood, and that is always important to know. You can get better. Because you're working on it.

The worst part about it is that I can speak ... no, okay, the entire downward cycle of it is that I know I can speak at least four languages conversationally with reasonable ease, and with practice, getting better in more. And the fact that I make maybe twice as many mistakes in Russian means I'm obviously a failure? Except I shouldn't complain about it because speaking four languages, seven if you count the ones I speak less perfectly. So obviously I have tremendous gifts and should not complain because they are a little bit broken, and ... well, then it just keeps going downhill.

(And, you know, this is the thought process that leads me to never practicing Russian.)

*hugs* You should complain when you feel like complaining. And some of us are and will be here to remind you that you don't learn languages at once, or even in one go. That Russian is a bloody difficult language, with nuances and intricacies that leap out to me, but are difficult to explain in a logical manner, let alone figure out intuitively and without long practice.

Because these things are true. And you are amazing, and, yes, you do have a tremendous gift, but having to work on it - and deal with mistakes, because mistakes happen - is part of the price for that gift.
