My Realty Lady is awesome. She sent me an update on scheduling and CC'd everybody as well. So I just sent a totally spurious email to Paralegal Lady, but oh well. My Realty Lady is still awesome and deserves all the fruitbaskets or whatever, ever. And did I mention the awesome? So, the plumbing will hopefully be done next week (they're apparently booked pretty tight so it might not be then), then the appraisal, then the closing. And Realty Lady just sent an amendment to postpone the closing date in order to get all that done. Which the bank might actually sign this time because it sounds like they've been replaced by humans. Rational humans.

In an effort to do things as they need doing and not when I have nebulous time, I am actually FILING. You may now all be shocked and amazed. Filing while there is only a very small stack of papers to file. And then I will probably end up spending more time out front today, apparently, than I counted on. Because otherwise there's nothing for me to do back here and I will go out of my tiny mind. Let's see if I can bounce back and forth between an hour out front and an hour in back coding and writing.

Tomorrow it probably won't be nearly this nice, I am just reminded. Maryland time means packing for Maryland time, joy of joys. Oh well, until then I will enjoy my light days while I have them.
