Oh man. Events are derailing my brain. Doesn't help that .. well, I'll dig out the season finale of Touching Evil and watch a little SVU, get properly in the mood to write Defying Convention.

God it's hot. It's so very hot. It's so hot I don't actually want to write Defying Convention, I want to sit somewhere cool and pant. Not to mention my brain being fried from his acting up. He's going to get himself into so much shit over this and I'm going to have to deal with him. Bastard.

So much to do. *eyes list* So much to do, so little inclination to do any of it. It's not even that it's hot so much as that it's hot and humid and the kitchen smells of paint. Which, I think, is why no one's closed all the windows and turned on the AC yet. Paint and the killing of braincells thereof. But, gods, I want my AC back.
