The whole (весь) vs everyone (все) vs everything (всё)
In Dialogue 5, Margaret tells her friend Хочется всё всем рассказать весь. - I want to tell everyone everything.

The modifier весь actually means 'the whole' or 'the entire' When it modifies a plural noun, it usually means 'all' in English.

Весь урок об Интернете. The whole lesson is about the Internet.
Всё письмо о детях. The entire letter is about children.
Вся книга о жизни в России. The whole book is about life in Russia.
Все эти книги нужны. All these books are needed.

Like all other modifiers, весь always agrees with its noun in gender and number and case. In the examples above, весь is in the nominative case because it modifies the grammatical subject of the sentence. Here are some more examples:

Gen: (чего, кого) Здесь нет всего урока (всего письма, всей книги, всех книг)
Dat: (чему, кому) Мы послали сообщения всем соседям.
Acc: (что, кого) Мы прочитали весь урок (всё письмо, всю книгу, все произведения)
Inst: (чем, кем) Я занимаюсь всем уроком (всем письмом, всей книгой, всеми книгами)
Prep: (о чём, о ком) Друзья говорили обо всём уроке (всём письме, всей книге, всех вещах)

The neuter singular всё, used alone without an accompanying noun, means everything.
Это всё? Is that everything?
Вы видели всё? Did you see everything?
Друзья говориди обо всём. The friends talked about everything.

The plural все used alone, without an accompanying noun, means everyone or everybody.
Все здесь? Is everybody here?
Вы видели всех? Did you see everyone?
Все говорили о политике. Everyone was talking about politics.
Друзья говорили обо всех. The friends talked about everyone.

Just rules, this time. Oi, that was an infodump. Not terribly big, but dense.

I'm developing a radius again. I disapprove. At least it's the weekend soon and I can pick up then. Probably disperse my radius tonight and then pick up some more around the house tomorrow. I meant to disperse the radius last night but I passed out instead. Some things are more important than having a clean workstation.

(For the uneducated, your radius is what happens around your workstation when you work on something, get distracted, put it aside, type some more, put it further aside so you can work on something else, grab for a couple tissues, miss the trash can, keep moving the tissue box so you can reach for it conveniently, sort through your receipts and then never actually throw them away, sort through your mail and then never actually throw away the envelope, brush your hair and then set the brush down... It's mostly a desktop thing.)

Oof. That was an interesting night. I did that whole thing I shouldn't do again where I went down for a nap instead of doing my stuff and then going to bed early. Admittedly, I figured I needed the sleep more than anything, and apparently I was right! Thank god for a weekend, I tell you.
