kittydesadeRight. This morning awas a complete wash due to some kind of annoying headache that left me unable to focus. C'est la vie. Tonight is Tuesday, which means grocery store, car dealership to negotiate interest rates, and then home and the boy goes out to his gaming thing. Which means I get some time to catch up on writing. I think what probably will happen is I'll do some exercise in between writing bits on the list. Bit of yoga here, bit of dance there. Hopefully the headache will stay gone.
Getting the new car is... interesting. Money will be tight for a little while but not too tight, thankfully. Basically it'll do for the boy what my college loan is doing for me, and we'll be able to eat out (read: order in) less and he'll be less able to order minis and things from online, but we'll be all right. Little things. Writing up a weekly menu in advance to avoid buying things that will go bad or that will sit in the cabinet for weeks and we won't use them, checking the cabinets before we go shopping. Cutting my ends and bangs at home. Little things.
Oogh. At least work is light today, I should be able to get the Blade Runner PBB story done entirely by the end of the day. Which leaves me, um.. Christ. Five days to fill in the missing scenes in the Blood Ties PBB and finish that. That's not good. Clearly I know what I'm going to be doing for the next four days. At least my Nano outlines are done? Essays for mental floss between, or at least, essay drafts. And prompt responses.
1. Finish going over Blade Runner PBB. Not as bad as I thought, but still. Write in edits.
2. Start research for Nameless (anyone else want to poke at his outline?)
3. Go over Corsair outline. Still, nyone else want to take a poke at it?
4. Do meme for Corsair.
5. Fill in scenes for Blood Ties.
6. Essay
7. Water fic
8. Storage cards and cables for cameras.
I'm tempted to just write a series of short stories in Spanish for Nano, to practice my Spanish, fairy tale type things. Maybe things that should go in the Book of Fancy (anyone remember that story?) or similar type things. I probably won't be too urgent about it, though. Or too dedicated or serious. It'd be a good way to practice.
Right. I've been to the bank, at least, and that'll take five days to clear. And then... well. The next few days will be very interesting.
... I do need to get some storage cards for the damn cameras. And cables. Something else to look at tonight.
