Oct. 29th, 2018 10:36 pmI have been paid and therefore I have made that final stress purchase from JetPens that's been sitting in my shopping cart for like a week, and I think I am pretty much done stress buying from them now thank you. I successfully did not buy anything at SAFF, which is fine because I have braids of fiber to spin coming out of my ears. I refilled prescriptions, I refilled makeup primer and got a couple small things I've been eyeballing, I got my hairs cut and then walked out to the news about the synagogue which made for an incredibly tired and fed up with everything weekend (may their memories be a blessing) and now it's Monday and I am just fucking exhausted.
The only upside to any and all of this is that I don't feel very much like stress buying all the things. What I rather want to do is spend all my time in my house alternately writing and crafting, or perhaps playing with my makeup too. Or sleeping. Sleeping would be nice.
Packing up the show took significantly longer when I stayed for the truck loading as well and everything else. Which, yay overtime? Boo I was hoping to get home and have a less drained-and-flat more leisurely doing fun things evening, but eh, I didn't have anything in particular planned, I guess. And I rekindled my interest in and love of spinning, which is always nice. I have a crapload of wool to spin, too, just sitting around.
And all that aside, I don't think I'm entirely recovered from the show because I am still really freaking exhausted. Like I almost passed out on the couch with a cat on my legs. Oy.
