Dec. 24th, 2015 01:58 pmStill not doing good on morning efficiency. I woke up at a good time this morning, too, I just couldn't get myself moving. Not sure why. Should find out why and fix it, but in the meantime there is ploughing through anyway. Exercise takes the most focus today, with Japanese getting moved back because right now it's just review and I can make endless sentences of things at work.
(That said, workout is half of the first half of this Iron Maiden darebee workout, or maybe just the first half but split up into two sets? And just that is enough to get me panting and in a sweat. On the one hand, doing it 4/7 mornings a week ought to get me pretty exercised, and on the other hand it's the twin hits of oh god I am so weak and out of shape and HOW DOES ANYONE DO THIS. Argh. A combination of that and capoeira might be what mornings end up being, and going back to 15 minutes of stretch in the evenings. As long as I can remember to do it. Maybe after litter scooping and teeth brushing, that got pretty ingrained into routines.)
Last day of work before three day weekend! Which will be spent doing all the cleaning and all the writing and editing, and when that's not happening all the reading. And sleeping. And possibly some playing of video games. Basically, all of the resting. I don't even have capoeira on Saturday morning, which will be weird and interesting.
I finished the last essay on the government course and already had a 92 without the last grade, so whatever the last person gives me it'll be fine I'll get a passing grade YAY US GOVERNMENT CLASS OVER. Oh my god. On the one hand, it is a subject that I turn out to be oddly passionate about, mostly in the line of THIS IS NOT WORKING THE WAY IT'S SUPPOSED TO. But on the other hand my eyes glaze over even writing the essays, never mind reading other people's or anything else like that.
So. That's going on, and I might just marathon my Justice course over the weekend but other than that it's pretty much cleaning and relaxing and possibly seeing a Star War. Work today was surprisingly both busy and quiet by turns, but quiet enough that I was able to essay and tag the comments of incredibly long from our awesome commentor who quite possibly could be one of us. Or is enough like us as to make no difference. Which explains the comments of long, really. I got that done, and knitting done, and a lot of things done that were not work because work was really freaking dead except for small bursts.
