(no subject)

I have no idea how I got involved in a discussion of the state and contents of Chuck Wendig's colon on Twitter, with Chuck Wendig and Stephen Blackmoore, but apparently I did. So that's happening. It's much better than dealing with the Hugos hashtag anyway, which has apparently been taken over by Gaters. Yay.

I managed to do the stupid fucked up thing and forget my water bottle for Capoeira at home, so that went well. Actually capoeira did go well apart from I managed to do something to the arch of my right foot? Or maybe my left is just coming along quicker, it didn't hurt after I stopped trying to balance on it. But right after capoeira considering I only drank a couple of times from the water fountain, that caused the biggest fucking dehydration headache that knocked me out from around noon to five. And even then it was a slow recovery after, so there went my Saturday? Not quite, I did finish a book, blogged the rest of The Flash. And finally managed to recover with copious water and aspirin. So there's that.

And now I'm curled up on the couch watching Sneakers and trying to knock out some of the rest of what I meant to do today, so that's not so bad. The main things I guess are writing, edits, and Arabic, and then it can go on from there.

Oh, and I took down the America Chavez jacket from where it was hanging drying in the craft room and it turned out bright and fucking gorgeous. I should post the pictures here at some point. Definitely. I'm very proud of it and I hope I can do it justice.
