(no subject)

The universe is being weird in my general direction again. There's no one thing, but a lot of little coincidences that are generally neutral-benign to actively helpful are happening, making me give everything much side-eye. As if to say, all right, what are you buttering me up for, what's coming up next. I mean, we did kind of have a tech collapse at work for a bit, but it wasn't for that long. Certainly not for this level of buttering up.

Maybe it's what Huckabee said. Maybe it's to steady my nerves for the prospect of a president who sees women as convenient objects and wants to start a war with at least three countries. Or three different wars with more countries. Either one.

Ugh. Still feeling swamped and like I have no time to do things like read books or relax. It was... what, I was just getting out of Nano when the panels hit? What was I doing endlessly between Nano and the panels? I don't actually remember. Costume's almost done for Dragon*Con though. Other than that all I need to do immediately is the Miniboarding for that, which sped up marginally for the last couple of episodes of The Flash, the main reason I needed to pause there was because I was shoving food in my food hole at the same time. So that oughtn't be too bad. And anyway, once I get that part done I can probably relax, I just. I feel like I'm overwhelmed with shit I need to do all the time at this point.

Of course the second I open up a story to work on it before capoeira I forget entirely what I was going to do with it. This is not going to get my words written before I have to go.

I'm so tired. I really just want to go to bed. Note to self: You should go to bed early tonight anyway because it's good for you after capoeira. Also capoeira is good for you, go to it. No matter how much you don't want to.
