URK. I kind of want to move on to intermediate Irish now. But I also want to do Japanese. (DAMN YOU HIROYUKI SANADA.) Argh, dilemma.
Also in the category of dilemmas I have approximately a frillion dime novels I want to write and maybe ten novels I want to get out there and neither time nor energy to do ANY OF IT. I wanted to get a bunch done yesterday and instead there were a frillion little fiddly work things to do and by the time I got home it was all Nope! Fuckit. Relaxing and pampering and painting my nails and putting oil and lotion and scrubs on my body. Fuck all this nonsense. Plus, oh god, the blog, I don't even want to think about that. That may be this weekend's get my ass moving on this project.
Anyway. I also finally caved and got No Dominion, since the last Walker Papers book just came out. Though, boo last Walker Papers book! That makes me sad. It also makes me want to get back to my dragons books.
Okay, no, I have nothing else to say other than my mother remains the most overprotective in the hilariousest ways (Me: MOM WHY IS ADULTING SO HARD AND SO EXPENSIVE WHINE. Mom: I WILL GET YOU MONEY. I WILL HAVE SOMEONE SEND YOU MONIES. Me: ... Mom, I was whining, I have savings, it's fine. Mom: BUT MONIES.) and also my brother will NOT, as it turns out, be making a surprise visit at me till after mid July at the earliest. So that's okay then.
Right. Writing. When I get home, a bit of gardening, because every other gardening thing needs trimmed. Why is adulting so hard again? I just want the house to clean itself and the garden to weed itself. Is that too much to ask? If I put out milk and bread and honey will the brownies do it for me?
