Once again I have failed to die quietly in the night.
(Clearly today for Halloween I am going as Warren Ellis.)
No, actually, today for Halloween I am going as Abby from NCIS, because it's the costume I can wander around work in easiest. It's pretty much everyday clothes, except black and gothy, with my NCIS hat and my hair in ponytails! Go go physical resemblance cosplay.
I'm not sure I'm expecting to get any work done, which is fine because I don't have any work to immediately do. I'll keep trying to tidy the house tonight in between trick or treaters. Finish cooking up the chicken, chew over profiler data, pick up, pass out candy, repeat. The usual. Tomorrow Nano begins, which means everything will become all Nano writing all the time (except of course blogging weekends) and hopefully I will get White Lightning drafted then. Which will be most of White Lightning the book! That's a fairly frightening thought. And then. I have no idea what and then, at least as far as Black Ice is concerned.
Eyurgh. Sorry, guys, I'm just not feeling very interesting today. If I get some more done on that Phryne innaJaeger or Loki/Darcy I'll let you know?
